The Institute of Sciences and Technology of the Royal Academy of Cambodia is organizing the National Conference on
“Application of Physics
Sciences in Creation Renewable Energy for Sustainable Development” on 15th September 2011 at the Royal Academy of
Cambodia in cooperation with KYSD,
UNESCO. KYSD will organize the exhibition and invite other NGOs working on Environmental and Climate Change for display their products.
Following the invitation of guest speaker including experts from various public institutions including university professor, researchers, government
officials and non-governmental organization representatives, audience will get an overview of the application of physics sciences in creation renewable
energy, specifically the distinctive types of renewable and lean energy their usages and benefits for environmental protection and sustainable development.
This National Conference aims for showing the advantage of Physics, disseminating the information of the creation of renewable energy,
encouraging high efficient use of energy, collecting feedback ideas, strengthening and enlarging capacity of renewable energy practices, collecting
power and experiences in creation renewable energy for community and rural area development, and developing the national economy and natural protection.
So as to achieve the goal mentioned above, the Royal Academy of Cambodia organizes this conference. This conference is the second national
conference, and the first national conference about the “Development of Energy in the field of Technology in Cambodia” is done on 02 June 2006.
